Frequently asked questions

Bayd Eggs offers a weekly egg subscription service delivering fresh, eggs, including white eggs, brown eggs, pasteurized eggs, and organic eggs.  directly to your home or business. You choose your box size (6, 15, 30, 60, more  eggs), and we deliver on every week across Dubai.

When will I get my weekly delivery?

Your weekly delivery day is set based on your location in Dubai.

What are your delivery hours?

Deliveries are made between 7 AM and 7 PM, depending on route availability.

How will I know when my delivery is coming?

You will receive a reminder message one day before delivery.

What if I’m not home during delivery?

We can leave the eggs at your door upon request and send a proof photo.

Note: Once delivered, Bayd Eggs is not responsible for outdoor conditions.

When will my first delivery arrive?

If you subscribe:

  • Before 12 PM (Mon–Fri) → Same-day evening
  • After 12 PM (Mon–Thur) → Next day

After your first delivery, all future deliveries move to your scheduled day.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — COD is available for all subscription plans.
Can I pay weekly instead of monthly?

No. All subscriptions are billed monthly.

Can I pay online?

Yes — online payment is available and recommended ​

Do you offer a trial?

Yes — our Premium Trial Box is only AED 9.99.

What’s included in the trial?

  • Online payment only
  • Same-day/next-day delivery
Can I order the trial more than once?

No — the trial is one-time per customer.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade anytime.

Changes apply immediately if your next delivery is not yet prepared.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes — pausing is allowed and takes effect from your next billing cycle.

Can I change or cancel my egg subscription anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through WhatsApp at 050 837 6552. There are no hidden fees or long-term commitments.

Can I split my weekly Quantity?

Yes — if you don’t need your full weekly quantity, the balance will be delivered the next delivery.

What if some eggs arrive damaged?

Damaged eggs will be replaced:

  • Immediately if the rider has extra stock, or
  • Added to your next Sunday delivery if not.
What if the eggs don’t feel fresh?

We offer a Freshness Guarantee.

If you’re not satisfied, replacements will be added to your next delivery.

What if delivery is delayed?

If your delivery is delayed beyond our window, you receive 15 free eggs as compensation.


Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to selected locations in Dubai.
